My name is Ebone Tuggles and I am a proud senior. At the age of 21, I am a first generation college student studying Health Sciences with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation I plan on pursuing the MHA program in Masters of Health Administration. This is my first time competing with these lovely ladies that share the vision of representing ISU as an Ambassador. I am so excited to have the opportunity to share the stage and build a sisterhood with these ladies. If you’re looking for me you can find me in Hines hall where I am a third year student staff member advocating the role as the Social Justice Educator for the building. I enjoy being a positive supporter for students and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
Here at Indiana State I am a proud member of the Applied Health Science Committee where we focus attention of Health Promotion. I love working to help bring the best out in people by helping them reach their dreams. I’ve devoted my platform to Mental Health Awareness, I find happiness in providing services to help create better lives for disability clients. Currently I am the direct support professional for mental disability clients in ResCare Inc. This gives me the opportunity to build a community in the homes of disability clients. In the community I also volunteer at the Molly R. Wheat Clinic which is partied with Union Hospital. This is a student ran clinic that gives back to the community by providing free health clinical services to citizens. It is a dream to compete with these beautiful ladies with the same vision. I hope my vision the big dreams will hopefully motivate other young women to be a leader and aspire to reach their dreams.
